About the assignment – what you would do in this job
As a cybersecurity specialist you will strongly contribute to make IKEA a great and cybersafe place to work.
You participate in the delivery of cybersecurity measures and practices to support many different business solutions and technology areas across the IKEA business.
You do so in close co-operation with key stakeholders: IT operations and shared service management, digital and technology architects, risk management and compliance, data privacy leadership, information management and information security leadership.
Day to day, you would do this and more:
• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity controls framework to reflect business risk appetite, the evolving external threat landscape, digital strategies and technological opportunities.
• Deliver business value my making sure that the cybersecurity standards are simply explained and well understood.
• Plan, coordinate and implement the cybersecurity roadmap.
• Identify, analyse, assess, monitor and report on cybersecurity risks, threats and vulnerabilities, and drive remediation.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents threatening or impacting the IKEA business.
• Develop and participate in the IKEA cybersecurity community.

A few more details for you
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and is located in Delft, the Netherlands. And yes, relocation support is available if needed. We could also consider you being based in our office in Sweden. You will report to the IT Manager.
