Job Description
Ensure the administrative part of IKEA Food is well manage in order to reach the Gross Margin, Gross Profit and Operational Profit goals at store level.
Support the Country IKEA Food manager with all the administrative information and report whenever is requested and necessary.
The main tasks of this job involve being always up to date on all item & recipe cards, promotional items and Unit cost in MVBC (in all stores in Thailand), in order to secure the best possible financial result for IKEA Food Thailand.
Submitting monthly reports to Country IKEA Food manager on Sales Analysis of all Thailand stores IKEA Food from MVBC.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an administrative role in a retail or multi-units foodservice organisation.
- Highly developed attention for details.
- Able to analyse information from multiple sources.
- Ability to present information in a clear, simple and concise way.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise your workload.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Capable of working on multiple tasks and to strict deadlines.
- Able to connect with people quickly and through varied communication channels and at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoints presentation.
