Job Description
What you will do
- Support the Staff Planning Optimisation (SPO) project through data analysis and insights. (around 80% of your scope).
- Assist in preparing analysis and reports for Monthly P&L and Business Insights (around 20%).
- Help review staff cost and workforce planning data.
- Work with the team to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
- A university student currently studying Business Management, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Engineering students with strong analytical skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
