Develop sales in an efficient and effective way in all media, in order to attract more customers to come more often and buy more. We do this by optimising our sales priorities, commercial activities, and ensuring the right forecasts for our total offer. Our main responsibilities are developing and executing sales steering, selling the IKEA way, range grouping, pricing, range management and launches. This ensures an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience, which leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability.
Requisitos
KNOWLEDGE
- How to optimize the customer shopping experience using my IKEA Kitchens and general IKEA retailing knowledge, local market needs & range of presentation solutions that connect them.
- How to analyse sales information, product information, and customer insights and help shape these into a better customer experience, operational performance, and co-worker competence/confidence to sell our products and services.
- Understand IKEA Retail Methods and Concepts and apply these to my everyday actions – ensuring we have a strong retail foundation in place.
- Which is my top selling and strategic articles (4 Aces & 1 King) are well-planned in good locations, with good solutions, and have clear communication plans to support mechanical sales.
- How to use my retail understanding & range knowledge to secure that my department supports working with range changes, and commercial activities and contributes to growing sustained profitability.
- How to plan inspiring & commercial kitchens according to the natural workflow with the practical placement of key functions (storage, cooking, workspace, waste handling & washing up).
- Basic electrical & plumbing knowledge to advise after or before the kitchen planning.
- Basic Interior kitchen designing knowledge to discuss all aspects of creating, remodeling, or updating the kitchen areas in a safe and functional way.
- Developing training processes for everyone who handles or interacts with the product
CAPABILITIES
- Ability to work & communicate across many different aspects of the IKEA organisation with your audience in mind and also collaborate with different functions that require your expertise.
- Ability to share knowledge in ways that co-workers in different parts of the business can easily understand and adopt. Facilitating training sessions as required.
- Ability to prioritise and organise work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time available.
- Ability to present yourself well in lengthy customer interactions paying attention to detail, listening attentively to customer needs and being flexible in your approach to provide inspiring solutions.
- Experience of setting action plans, as well as setting and following up on goals.
- Ability to identify/solve problems, critically evaluate plans and suggest solutions.
- Ability to make considered decisions with customer requirements & your expertise in mind.
- Good analytical skills
- Capable of working with different computer software systems and generally computer literate.
- Patiently listen to, understand, and solve complex technical customer issue
