The Loyalty Specialist will be part of the Marketing team and responsible of the IKEA Family and smales loyalty programmes in Singapore.


Your assignment

Contribute to the development of Loyalty Communications

  • Conceptualise and create content for IKEA Family and smales members to keep them engaged as an active member
  • Responsible for conceptualising aligned loyalty communications content that supports external comms campaign or collection launches, loyalty campaigns for points/voucher redemptions, IKEA food and product offers for members, smales newsletters, etc., while keeping to IKEA brand values and, visual and copy identity guidelines.  
  • Responsible for and takes ownership of IKEA Family and other loyalty driven country events and communications to members that drives acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Work closely within and across departments to plan loyalty communications calendar and ensure high level of execution.

Contribute to the development of Loyalty Programme and other admin tasks

  • Work on tasks and projects as assigned that will contribute to the development of IKEA retail operations (i.e. global, regional, country or local initiatives).
  • Work closely with other functions, regional loyalty team and the stores on member related issues.
  • Contribute to the accuracy of the loyalty marketing budget, expense admin and monthly reconciliation with finance, liability reports, etc.
  • Responsible for securing partnerships with other brands for the IKEA FAMILY loyalty programme that benefits our members.
  • Collaborate with analytics agency, BI teams and Country Marketing Managers for data exchange, enhancement of reporting dashboard, test, monitor result and provide feedback for different analytics models to increase the engagement and purchase propensity.
  • Monitor, update and secure functionality of the CRM system upgrade, security-gap bridging, stable integration with various internal and external systems/platforms.
  • Database preparation: For CRM365 - prepare adhoc marketing lists in ClickDimensions or extract out for DM and SMS.
  • In day to day work, ensure full compliance with Personal Data Protection Act regulations and Ikano Retail policies with respect to collection, handling and storage of members’ data.
  • Be the go-to loyalty buddy for CCC and CR co-workers in resolving special customer enquiries and closing any knowledge gap in the system and processes. 

Qualifications

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • You have knowledge of photoshop / In-design / and other job-related software to facilitate execution of members’ communication collaterals.
  • You are meticulous with an eye for details, highly organised, strong multi-tasking skills to work in a fast-moving environment and excellent in meeting tight deadlines and in managing different publishing schedules.
  • You have experience working closely on IT/CRM systems.
  • You possess a good eye for creatives, image selection, layouts and also have a flair for short copy writing with IKEA’s twinkle in the eye messages.
  • You are a strong team player, have the customers’ interest at heart, and be service minded.
