About the job

We want to fill this position with a strong contributor to the HR Services & Employment Function, working closely with the Centre of Expertise functions (COEs) and HR Business Partner team to ensure that HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way leading to operational excellence.

Your assignment

  • You will lead the implementation and manage deliverables of HRIS modules and system/platform enhancement.
  • You are to ensure the accuracy / relevance of the HRIS regional and local content.
  • You will recommend enhancement, identify issues, troubleshoot, as well as to provide solutions escalated by HRIS users.
  • You will maintain up-to-date effective HR systems training materials as well as to support conduction HR systems related trainings.
  • You are to advice and recommend market best practises regarding HR systems and technology.
  • You are to lead assigned HR system projects effectively & efficiently, keeping in mind continuous improvement and sustainable.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • You have preferably 5 year’s HRIS experience preferably in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • You have strong proficiency in HR relates processes and practices.
  • You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and enjoy working in an ever-changing, vibrant and multi-dimensional environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage, listen and the ability to influence.
  • You are innovative and willing to challenge common ways of thinking while applying relevant HR solutions to business needs.
