Job Description

  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing specific key-accounts and/or customer verticals as assigned by the Country Manager, IKEA for Business, Thailand, and be responsible for all communication, follow-up and business development for these.
  • Capture and manage all incoming enquiries from customers via the designated IKEA for Business website, email, and/or the CCC contact number for Thailand, and assign the enquiries to the respective business units (store/central function).
  • Monitor the progress on all sales leads, and track that all leads are processed in a timely and professional manner.
  • In coordination with Sales Management identify and validate new sales leads through outreaching contact and assign the leads to the respective business units (store/central function).
  • Analyse market trends, sales records and customer needs to provide reliable and timely data to support the regional sales team.
  • Process central orders invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in professional communication with corporate clients.
  • Broad knowledge on how to optimise the customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Strong stakeholder management ability.
  • Strong analytical and database structuring & management skills.
  • Understanding and commitment to company Culture and Values, with strong ability to convey these directly and indirectly through own way of being.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Other Asian language is an added advantage.
  • Positive personality. Fair, honest and trustworthy with excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercially creative sense, and a good sense of humour.
  • Self-reliant with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Enthusiastic, with strong desire to be part of a positive and challenging environment.
  • Supportive to others, keen to share knowledge and learning with others in the organization, and to go the extra mile as part of an ambitious team.
