Job Description
If you are a freelancer or looking for a temporary job, we want to fill this position with a strong contributor to the HRIS Function, working closely with the Centre of Expertise functions (COEs) and HR Business Partner team to ensure that HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way leading to operational excellence.
This role reports and support the HRIS Manager in leading the implementation of the HR system for IKEA Mexico. You will be responsible for:
- timeline planning and monitoring the project budget;
- planning of the activities to be done, following up on the execution and updating of the project deliverable document;
- developing test scenarios and leading the data migration activities;
- ensuring successful payroll parallel runs;
- System training and knowledge transferring.
You will also be required to provide project progress updates to the Project Steering Team / internal stakeholders, while building strong and close working relationship with the with vendor throughout the project.
Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years experience with HR systems implementation for Mexico market preferably with SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage, listen and the ability to influence.
- You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and enjoy working in an ever-changing, vibrant and multi-dimensional environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish
