Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to join the Group Portfolio and Project Management team. In this role, you will lead strategic projects and programs, coordinating business, technology, and other cross-functional teams across the Group. You will contribute to building a green and secure energy ecosystem by:
- Leading the planning and delivery of strategic projects and programs
- Ensuring project objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
- Managing project risks, dependencies, changes, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Preparing information and materials for decision-making forums and project governance committees
- Contributing to the development of project management methodologies, practices, and capabilities across the Group
- Sharing your experience and mentoring less experienced project managers.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in project or program management
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams or organizational units
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and balance competing interests
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset, results orientation, and ability to make decisions in uncertain environments
- Knowledge of AGILE, PMI (PMBOK), PRINCE2, or other project management methodologies, with proven practical application
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent certification
- Proficiency in project planning, analysis, and presentation tools
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Lithuanian.
It would be an advantage if you have
- Program management experience
- Experience delivering business transformation, digitalization, or technology-related projects.
