Job Description

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our IT Systems Development team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of IT change releases, improving release processes, and working closely with IT professionals at all levels.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Ensuring the quality of IT change releases
  • Organizing and facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Improving IT release management processes, as well as the related tools
  • Ensuring IT teams follow established processes
  • Onboarding and training new employees on IT release management processes
  • Advising employees on IT release execution
  • Analyzing post-deployment incidents, and initiating improvements

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT release management 
  • At least 2 years of experience facilitating and leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Proven experience acting as a Process Owner, driving process design, improvement, and standardization 
  • Strong ability to define, monitor, and ensure compliance with process KPIs and quality metrics, as well as initiate improvement actions
  • Strong understanding of IT service management methodologies and standards (ITIL, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD), with proven ability to apply them in practice
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to balance the needs of different stakeholder groups
  • Experience with change management and deployment tools (Jira, Ivanti, GitHub, or similar)
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English language (both speaking and writing)

Would be an advantage:

  • Practical experience working with ITSM processes based on ITIL principles
  • ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL Managing Professional)
