Job Description

We are looking for a colleague, who would join our supply chain team and help us to lead procurement activities in onshore renewables. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: 

  • Establishing the Consultancy Services Category and co-developing the strategy
  • Collaborating with suppliers of Renewables global Consultancy Services and regional Project Managers to ensure the timely and budgeted delivery of Onshore Wind and Solar projects
  • Leveraging and managing major supplier relationships to enhance commercial and service delivery
  • Reducing total costs of ownership by minimizing transactional costs
  • Negotiating contracts and leading sourcing activities, including benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Legal, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement
  • Experience in negotiating complex issues, implementing ERP systems, and e-sourcing platforms
  • Understanding of commercial contract management and procurement processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Would be an advantage:

  • Professional CP qualification: CIPS / CPSM Certification (or similar)
  • Fluency in Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, or Romanian.
