Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the O&M & Asset Management Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us to take care of onsite operations and maintenance and ensure effective management of these areas. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with technical operational obligations (e.g., legal, warranty, business plan, environmental, H&S etc.)  
  • Managing onsite operations and coordinate maintenance providers, service records, maintenance systems, regulatory aspects  
  • Visiting sites and interact with technical advisors 
  • Managing maintenance services contracts (e.g., control the balance of the contract, service provider obligations, quality of services)   
  • Conducting a public and commercial procurement for maintenance services 
  • Preparing technical analysis on system performance and monthly operation reports (e.g. energy production malfunction and other operational aspects) 
  • Searching, delivering and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency. 

Qualifications

  • University degree. Education in engineering would be considered as an advantage 
  • 2 years of experience in property management and/or object administration. Experience in wind energy would be an asset 
  • Proactive, result-oriented personality and excellent negotiation skills 
  • Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian languages.
