Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Community Policy Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us take care of continuous financial grant management and administration. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to process complex information quickly and accurately, a proficiency for writing, an eye for detail and be a strong relationship builder.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and managing the grant application process
  • Reviewing and assessing grant applications to determine their feasibility and alignment with funding objectives
  • Overseeing the allocation, distribution, and management of community fund
  • Developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and impact of funded projects
  • Conducting site visits and evaluations to assess project outcomes
  • Ensuring accurate and transparent reporting and accountability
  • Collaborating with legal, communications, finance, IT, and other teams to ensure proper support process management and information sharing
  • Providing guidance to community organizations and stakeholders on fund management best practices
  • Offering advice on regulatory compliance and governance issues related to community funds. 

Qualifications

  • University degree 
  • Knowledge on Lithuanian financial grant regulatory framework (mainly, Law on Charity and Support and related legal acts) 
  • Experience in document management, process coordination or similar experience  
  • Experience in financial support granting process management and/or creation, as well as, in working with external and/or internal legal acts (advantageous)  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages  
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervision    
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities inside and outside the organization.
