Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Offshore Development Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire certification process for the offshore wind project, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing cross-functional coordination, and addressing any issues or non-conformities to facilitate a seamless and successful certification. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive certification plan for an ongoing offshore wind project, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Lead Certification Manager
  • Liaising with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and industry organizations to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Working with various project disciplines to ensure a seamless certification process and resolve any cross-functional issues
  • Addressing any issues or non-conformities during the certification process, applying effective corrective and preventive measures
  • Overseeing site inspections, tests, and audits, ensuring thorough verification of results and reports.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in certification, compliance, or quality assurance, preferably in the energy sector
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, address, and resolve issues or non-conformities effectively
  • Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy in documenting activities such as inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
