Job Description

We are looking for a colleague to help us take care of onsite operations and maintenance and ensure effective management of these areas. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Reviewing ongoing compliance with technical operational obligations (e.g. legal, warranty, business plan, environmental, H&S etc.)
  • Managing of onsite operations and maintenance providers, service records, maintenance systems, regulatory aspects
  • Site visits and interactions with technical advisors
  • Technical analysis on system performance
  • Use of SCADA systems and market information portals
  • Management of maintenance services contracts (e.g. control the balance of the contract, service provider obligations, quality of services)
  • Conducting a public and commercial procurement for maintenance services
  • Monthly reporting on operation (e.g. energy production malfunction and other operational aspects)
  • Search, delivery and implementation of solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • University degree. Education in engineering would be considered as an advantage
  • 2 years of experience in property management and/or object administration. Experience in wind energy and pv energy would be an asset
  • Proactive, result-oriented and have excellent negotiating skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Polish
