We are looking for a colleague who would take care of a daily legal maters of our Company and also join green field projects. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Legal assisting in RES green field projects in Latvia (WTG/PV supply, EPC, BoP, TCM agreements, construction agreements (FIDIC), claims management, as well as environmental and general commercial matters
• Drafting and negotiating the agreements
• Preparation of internal procedures to ensure business compliance and mitigation of risks
• Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on legal matters.

• Master’s degree in law
• 3 years of experience in the relevant legal field, particularly in construction and/or real estate (FIDIC experience or willingness to learn FIDIC would be beneficial)
• English language
• Experience working with an international team
• Skills at evaluating options and finding solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal clients, i.e., business team
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks
• Ability to simplify complex issues and provide pragmatic advice and practical solutions that can be operationalized.
