Job Description

We are looking for a colleague to help us take care of ensuring legal advice/assistance (in-house and external) for onshore & offshore projects in Estonia. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Ensuring legal services to Onshore & Offshore projects in Estonia
  • Managing external legal teams 
  • Negotiating the agreements (mostly related to the development of the farms)
  • Ensuring business compliance and mitigation of legal risks
  • Liaisoning with regulators, management and other stakeholders. 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in law
  • 7 years of experience in a similar legal field (RES regulatory experience or knowledge would be an advantage)
  • Experience of working in an international team
  • Experience in leading legal projects
  • Experience in doing contract drafting and negotiations 
  • English language
  • Skills at evaluating options and finding solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks.
