Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Project Manager to lead the workforce planning efforts of an Offshore project development company.  You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workforce data, and identify areas for improvement
  • Leading the implementation of workforce planning, forecasting tools, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of workforce planning efforts
  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team, and Procurement to ensure alignment of workforce planning strategies with acquisition, recruitment, procurement, and development initiatives
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners, to gain buy-in and support for workforce planning initiatives
  • Monitoring workforce trends, market conditions, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and risks related to workforce attraction and hiring
  • Developing and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership on workforce planning strategies, outcomes, and impact on business performance
  • Creating a process map with related parties and counterparties in a dedicated Offshore HR area. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience of 5 years in project management. HR, strategic workforce planning, and talent management experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and be able to adapt new processes, techniques, and strategies 
  • High motivation, ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under strict deadlines 
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and ability to build working relationships with internal and external parties  
  • Proven experience in the English language (written and verbal).
