Your key areas of responsibilities will be: 

• Dream Big: seek for opportunities to start new renewable energy (onshore wind and/or utility-scale solar PV) projects from greenfield and evaluate potential renewable energy projects 
• Orchestrate the processes: coordinate the processes of project acquisition, take-over and oversee the growth of the project from conception to pre-construction steps
• Plan and control project management triangle (scope, cost, time); distribute work assignments; initiate and manage procurement processes
• Build Bridges: cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, public institutions, consultants and local communities to ensure smooth sailing from concept to completion
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: keep your finger on the pulse of the renewable energy industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations
• Make a Difference: play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clean energy, leaving a lasting legacy of sustainability and innovation. 

• Hold a degree in the Management, Law, Economics, Construction, Engineering or Energy field
• Possess project management experience with renewable energy projects, real estate or other major infrastructure projects 
• Have general understanding of financial modeling
• Have experience in wind and/or solar PV projects development and/or construction (advantage)
• Can work effectively to meet critical deadlines
• Are analytical, well-structured, result oriented, proactive person with flexibility and ability to adapt quickly as well as work in corporate culture
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Latvian.
