Role Location: This is a fully remote position based in the West Coast, USA, with occasional travel as needed. We are open to candidates with full right to work in the US. Strong preference for candidates located in California, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, Washington State.
How we work: This is a global position where you'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues across the AMER region (US & Canada) and APAC (Sydney & Brisbane). While your primary working hours will align with the Pacific timezone, you'll need to engage with teams across different time zones. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Director of Growth Marketing to lead our global digital demand generation strategy, focusing specifically on digital channels and funnel optimization for our SaaS and payments products. This role is distinct from our on-the-ground regional marketing efforts and is focused on digital growth and conversion optimization. You’ll work closely with the growth product function and the broader marketing team to design and execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive demand, increase pipeline, and deliver measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital-First Strategy and Leadership:
Create demand for an entirely new category: client and revenue management for professional services
Drive high value signups through paid & organic social, paid & organic search, AI search, sponsored content, and sponsored creators
Work closely with PMM and RevOps to identify and target high lifetime value customer segments and build programs to reach them
Manage, measure, and optimize our paid acquisition programs
Develop and lead a digital growth marketing strategy to fuel consistent growth.
Oversee a global team of digital marketers dedicated to digital demand generation within a highly collaborative and team-focused environment, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Demand Generation and Funnel Optimization:
Own and execute demand generation initiatives across digital channels including paid media, content syndication, email marketing, and lifecycle programs to maximize acquisition and pipeline growth.
Drive website optimization efforts aimed at enhancing user experience, increasing web performance, and improving conversion rates through data-driven A/B testing and CRO strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing, Sales and Product Growth teams to develop nurture campaigns that guide new leads through the sales cycle and accelerate acquisition for new sign-ups.
Data-Driven Campaign Execution and Analysis:
Leverage intent data, account-based marketing (ABM), and best-in-class demand generation practices to develop scalable, repeatable customer acquisition strategies across digital channels.
Provide clear visibility and analytics on funnel metrics, channel performance, and conversion rates, reporting weekly and quarterly on lead generation effectiveness to the leadership team.
Collaborate with Regional Marketing and RevOps to align digital efforts with local field marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital and in-person touchpoints.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
Act as a central point of collaboration for digital demand generation, aligning closely with Sales, RevOps and Regional Marketing on campaign alignment for maximum impact.
Partner with Regional Marketing to complement their field-based campaigns (e.g., events, webinars, partner activations) with digital strategies to maximize demand generation impact.
KPIs and Success Metrics
Trial and PQL: Growth in trial and PQL volume
Digital Pipeline Growth: % increase in qualified leads and pipeline generated through digital channels
Conversion Rate Optimization: Improvements in website and digital channel conversion rates
Revenue Impact: Growth in new customer acquisition and ARR generated from digital campaigns
Digital Campaign ROI / ROAS: Return on digital spend across paid media, SEO, and content syndication
Team Development: Growth and engagement of the growth marketing team
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of growth B2B marketing experience with expertise in high volume global SaaS businesses. Expertise operating in hybrid self-serve (PLG) and sales-led motions. Experience driving international growth across regions and languages. Proven track record driving growth in new and emerging categories with emphasis on demand creation tactics. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Demand Generation Expertise: Deep understanding of digital-first demand generation tactics, including SEO, AEO, SEM, account-based marketing, and CRO, with a test-and-learn mindset.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data to assess channel performance, funnel metrics, and conversion rates, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Experience with Amplitude preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building, leading, and mentoring digital teams, fostering a growth-focused culture of continuous improvement.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating digital strategies and campaign performance to stakeholders.
Results-Driven and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated success in setting and achieving measurable goals within budget and timelines, with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial drive.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have: Experience marketing to accounting or other professional services
