Job Description
About the role:
Ignition is seeking a motivated and organized Regional Field Marketing Manager to temporarily join our marketing team for an 10-month maternity leave cover. In this role, you will support our growth objectives in the APAC region by executing field marketing activities that drive market awareness and demand creation. You will work closely with the global marketing and sales teams to maintain momentum in regional campaigns and initiatives.
What your day to day will look like:
- Project manage, brief to the design team and execute the regional webinar program including, webinar briefings, speakers briefing sessions & coordination, promotions & follow up communications via third party emails, social media and email database promotions.
- Project manage the creation, distribution and amplification of relevant content to support our scheduled webinars, email campaigns & events.
- Independently coordinate booked industry events events, managing logistics, registrations, budgets, vendor relations, itineraries, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to the creation of webinars topics in alignment with our overall field marketing activity
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone.
- Evaluate and report weekly on webinar, email and events performance using key metrics.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing programs.
- Handle additional marketing coordination and execution tasks as needed.
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on field marketing.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of Field Activities Planned
- Number of Field Activities Executed
- Field Marketing Health Index (HIL) & Quality of Operations (QO)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and proofreading skills.
- Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Asana and Slack.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role.
