The Marketing Team Lead will coordinate with Sales to build a comprehensive demand generation portfolio
Budget and revenue accountability in addition to currently managing one direct report with another being hired in the second half of 2020
Candidate will develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting enterprise accounts through customized content
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through improved audience segmentation, buyer personas, content marketing, partner marketing, offline events and a streamlined processes
Utilize the complete toolbox of a modern marketer, including pardot, salesforce, GA, SEMrush, Outreach, InsightSquared, etc.
3-5 years experience developing as an authority of demand generation
Experience working for a fast-growing B2B tech company preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience managing third-party vendors/agencies, freelancers
Strong analytical skills including the ability to critically read and interpret reporting and provide recommendations and proposals
Familiarity with the latest trends in demand generation and content marketing
