Job Description
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are a huge driver of growth for Ideal.
We are looking for someone with experience managing, coaching and leading a growing BDR team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding sales team and a fast-growing startup!
This is a hybrid role that will include aspects of sales enablement and sales operations. We are a highly sales-focused data-driven organization. We are looking for someone to manage and coach our reps to exceed their quota and build process from the ground up.

Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, InsightSquared, Outreach, Pardot, prospecting tools
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)/Account-Based Sales (ABS) campaigns
- 5+ years of experience
- HR Tech experience
