Job Description

 The candidate must have the following to fit in the bill:


• Good exp. in selling IT services on target basis.

• Able to generate business in IT services /Web development/design domain.

• Good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.

• Ability of initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for business development.

• Excellent Communication and negotiating skills.


Your major job responsibilities will include:


• Lead Generation.

• Understand customer requirements and communicate it effectively to the team.

• Creating detailed proposal documents, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer and following up to close the sale.

• Feeding future buying trends back to Ideafarms.

• Develop innovative approaches to lead generation.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Qualifications

Any Graduate ( BCA/MCA preferable)

Additional Information

We require somebody who is highly motivated, well networked, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing & market research, database etc and develop relationship with decision makers.
