DealChaat is the first of its kind SoLoMo platform to enable Merchants (physical store owners) with their Marketing, Advertising and Promotions on Mobile. We are a young, dynamic group, driven to empower the Merchants across India to create their own promotions on mobile and cut out the middle man. As a Sales & Marketing Manager for DealChaat you will be responsible for

1. Building a Sales support team
2. Help build the Sales & Marketing roadmap of the product for pan-India roll-out
3. Sales Operations
   a. Build and manage a crack team

   b. Create Sales targets

   c.  Manage budgets

   d.  Monitor Sales performance

4. Opening strategic accounts and partnerships

MBA / PG Diploma- Sales and Marketing

Experience required- 3 to 5 years

We are looking for a self-starter, open to the idea of learning and growing. The ideal person will have an entrepreneurial mindset and happy to work on shared risk/shared reward basis as is expected of good sales people. The potential to earn upto 300% of fixed pay.
