Iceberg RevOps is a full-funnel RevOps firm that serves clients around the US. We were founded by a team of experienced startup sales and operations professionals who were unhappy with the operations service they received (both from internal and external operators). Our primary focus is Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success systems and processes. We serve mostly VC-backed startups in the tech space, but are actively expanding into other verticals.

The company is small but growing quickly. The team has landed an impressive list of clients and is set to double in size in the next 12 months!

Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager will partner with Iceberg's founders to manage a book of business. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying operational gaps, and marshaling internal resources to solve them. Because your work will impact all Revenue teams (marketing, sales, customer success), communication and collaboration are core to the role.

What you’ll do:

  • Interview clients to understand their specific needs.
  • Advise and manage roadmaps for fast-growing companies to optimize their revenue generation process, with a focus on the tech stack, insights, and operations/enablement across the entire revenue engine (marketing, sales, success).
  • Create processes, automation and dashboards leveraging different sales and marketing technologies, including Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Clari, LeanData and other tools.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring the marketing and sales systems you design work consistently.
  • Create project plans and marshall resources internally to ensure that high quality is delivered on time.

Qualifications

Must have:

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to execute sales operations functions, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process optimization.
  • Ability to map business processes, flows, and data models; configure workflows, fields, and objects; and take requirements for other team members to execute.
  • Experience with CRM and cloud-based applications, Salesforce.com certification is a huge plus.
  • High attention to quality and detail.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Adaptable - we’re growing quickly and need your flexibility.
