My client is seeking a Data Analyst to play a key role at the very center of their business, supporting the Business Analyst. You will collaborate with departments across the business and be right at the heart of the growth and innovation of this innovative brand!

We are looking for someone who loves data; to collect, structure and organise data as well as to build reports. You will report to and work closely with the Senior Business Analyst who will then be responsible for interpreting and presenting the data to the senior stakeholders.

As a team you work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, and deliver ongoing guidance, and process improvement.

NOTE: You will need excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and be an advanced user of Power BI, able to create and structure reports rather than just be a user. Knowledge of SQL is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• You will actively support a range of key strategic commercial projects and measure their success – all designed to add substantial value to the commercial decision-making of the company.
• You support the Sales team European wide by producing reports and providing financial data.
• You have contact with departments across the business to gather the necessary data and information for accurate reporting.
• You ensure the teams have access to data visualisations and consistent dashboards, reporting suites and tools that drive commercial actions, enable performance review and tracking, and monitoring of campaigns and customer behavioural metrics.
• You develop Power BI dashboards and create reports to provide better understanding of wholesalers margin and to inform mid and senior management about sales activities.
• You support the Senior Business Analyst in preparing period reports to present to senior management.
