IVADO Labs, a fast-growing AI-powered startup is currently looking for a IT technician.

The company is located in Montreal (Mile-End) at the heart of one of the fastest growing AI community in the world.

Dans votre rôle de technicien(ne) TI,  vous jouerez un rôle intégral dans la configuration, le support et la maintenance de tout l'environnement informatique d'une entreprise en forte croissance dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle. Vous supporterez une équipe d'ingénieurs logiciel et de scientifiques de données dans un environnement TI stimulant et moderne où toutes nos solutions sont sur le Cloud.

• Fournir un support aux demandes techniques et d'assistance des usagers du bureau

• Gérer l'inventaire des équipements et logiciels (Macbook, moniteur, projecteurs, logiciel pour cellulaire)

• Developper une configuration automatisée des postes de travail

• Administrer certaines de nos solutions sur le Cloud (G Suite, Jamf, etc)

• Assumer la coordination avec nos fournisseurs TI externes

• Documenter les processus de support en français et en anglais

As IT Administrator, you will play an integral role in building and maintaining computer systems and infrastructure within a fast growing organization developing AI solutions. You will be supporting an enthusiastic group of highly skilled software engineers and data scientists in a stimulating and modern IT environment were our solutions are all cloud based.

• Respond to support requests related to common technical issues in an office environment

• Support and maintain inventory of hardware and software (laptops, monitors, projectors, phones software, …)

• Develop automated workstations configuration

• Administer some of our IT cloud solutions (G Suite, Jamf, etc)

• Coordinate with our external IT vendors

• Create knowledge documents in French and English

• Diplôme collégiale ou universitaire en informatique 

• 3+ années d'une experience solide dans un rôle technique, idéalement dans une entreprise en forte croissance

• Experience avec les environnements Mac et Windows

• Experience avec G Suite et Jamf (atout)

• Connaissance en gestion de la sécurité

• Proactif(ve) et dynamique
• Bilingue (Français/Anglais)

• Computer Science or Information System related education background

• 3+ years of solid work experience in a technical role, ideally in a fast-growing company

• Experience with Mac and Windows computer systems

• Experience with G Suite and Jamf (asset)

• Strong knowledge of IT security

• Outgoing and dynamic
• Bilingual (French/English)
