Job Description

Under the supervision of the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the Consultant will work closely with the Product Managers on client engagement activities planning and execution and use his/her exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills to analyse client needs, define product strategies and effectively execute client engagements. S/He will be mostly dedicated to one client engagement at a time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in business development activities:

    • Support development and production of client proposals

    • Analyze the customer’s business challenges and functional needs

    • Gather and analyze client information

  • Work with Product Managers with engagement management:

    • Engagement management setup

    • Perform project management, including tracking project finances

  • Manage engagement execution activities

    • Plan for and manage selected client workshops

    • Prepare project communications materials (e.g., project/steering committee update reports)

    • Prepare for and help conduct client discovery workshops and interviews

    • Synthesize decisions and action plans from internal and client meetings

  • Support development of AI strategy and business solutions:

    • Conduct research and support development of business cases/financial models, product roadmaps, AI strategy, operating model/process designs and AI readiness assessments

    • Analyze client’s business challenges and operational issues to define client problems and identify prioritized, high-value use cases

  • Support product development activities:

    • Produce analysis reports (e.g., AI model options analysis)

    • Analyze and document client’s needs and requirements

    • Support development of the product roadmap, including conducting market research

    • Participate in agile development activities, including maintaining project activity backlog, project kanban, etc.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a customer-facing role, excelling in a management/strategy/technology consulting firm

  • A degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics preferred

  • Strong storytelling, communication and presentation skills, especially with technical topics

  • Excellent organizational skills with efficient time management and the ability to prioritize work effectively

  • Exceptional problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated interest in innovative technologies and AI

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English)

  • Expert in office productivity and project management tools (slides, spreadsheets, word documents)

  • Excellent synthesis ability in the processing of information and data

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team in a startup environment
