Additives International, one of 80+ business units owned by of ITW, manufactures and supplies specialty and innovative chemicals for the automotive aftermarket. Additives International manufacture products in Spain and Belgium, and commercialize around the globe serving markets in Europe, Middle East, Russia, Asia and Africa. 

We recruit a Junior Product Manager for Krafft, one of the five business entities of Additives International Division, located in Andoain, Spain, for a paternity leave replacement  (six months contract).

Job Description

The Junior Product Manager is responsible to assist the operational management of the product range in Krafft. The Junior Product Manager assists Product and Marketing Managers with operational tasks linked to the lifecycle of the products while also managing product related requests from stakeholders.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs regular analysis and data crunching of internal and external data / sales evolution and margins per families of products in the different channels and geographies.
  • Ensures follow up of cost increase/decrease, providing data for price increase implementation and promotion calculations.
  • Coordinates with Design and R&D teams all changes/updates of labels, TDS and UFI codes.
  • Manage from an internal point of view product claims and product non-conformities.
  • Provide administrative support to Marcom & Marketing teams.
  • Performs price list calculation and preparation.
  • Maintains database of products up to date.
  • Participates in the execution process of launching New Products meeting the defined target time.
  • Supports execution of product line simplification (PLS).
  • Provides support with the analysis of competition together with Marcom and Sales teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ year of demonstrated experience in product management.
  • Good time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to have attention to details, efficient and well organized
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software, Excel in particular.
  • Team Player with affinity for figures and calculations.
  • Passion and drive to deliver results.
  • Good communication, both oral and written, in English and Spanish.
