Job Description
US Citizenship required to meet ITAR and CUI requirements
To manage the global distribution of centrally based Service tools coordinated with on-site service activities that optimize customer satisfaction, efficiency of service operations, revenue generation, margin levels, and service contract performance.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the Shared Service tools required at a customer site, domestically and globally.
- Coordinates attainable schedule internally and externally when requested equipment scheduled cannot be met.
- Ensures incoming tools are checked for condition on arrival and functionality using defined processes. Ensures outgoing tool kits are complete and functional prior to shipment to the field. All proper documentation accompanies outgoing tools.
- Processes delivery notes and ensures proper import/export information is included to ship calibrated equipment and tools to various locations.
- Maintain inventory records of all shared tools including “Gang” boxes and tool kit withdrawals, returns, applications, conditioning, and other pertinent information. Communicates with users of tools and calibrated equipment to ensure the equipment is available, ready for use, and in the right location when needed.
- Provides repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment to service management to approve. Creates Capex requests and works directly with service management and financial controller to process needed purchases in an expedited manner.
- Responsible for understanding tool requirements and making recommendations for capital purchases based on scheduling demands and tool usage.
- Partners internally to coordinate calibration and recertification of tools. Coordinates equipment calibration schedules by obtaining requests from various users, determining schedule priorities, and publishing the web scheduling calendars. Ensures zero late asset recertification.
- Helps improve process efficiency by updating processes and tools to best meet the demands of the business.
- Develops and maintains storage locations and naming conventions to allow quick look up and shipping of equipment by non-coordinator staff.

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma with at least 3 years' experience
Associate’s degree or trade school or military training in an applicable discipline (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics) and 1 year experience
Experience
- Material handling, order pulling and logistics,
- Schedule receive and return parts for shipment, storage of items for repair and return. Strong computer skills experience
Operational skills
- Ability to work multiple assignments and balance multiple priorities
- Will possess technical skills to ascertain if parts are operational before shipping
- Able to effectively use computer resources
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet-jack, scissor lift
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of scheduling tools.
- Knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / SAP systems preferred
- Use of heavy lifting equipment
- Ideally will have experience with forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker
- Warehouse, logistics, order pulling
- Coordinating service, repair, return of repaired equipment
Salary Range
- $26.30 to $38.50
