Division Overview: E2M designs and builds electric motion systems and solutions for challenging applications that require the highest fidelity, smoothness, performance, safety and reliability. Portfolio includes a range of standard motion systems from small to large, custom motion solutions and control loading for force feedback.
Job Description
Key Deliverables Within Next 12 – 36 Months:
- Drive 80/20 FTB implementation for E2M
- Continue to optimize broad portfolio of standard and engineered solutions
- Deliver strong business results.
- Develop and drive commercial success
- Build and develop a Diverse Talent Pipeline
- Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, execution, ownership & accountability that is fully assimilated to the ITW Culture and Values
- Foster an environment that promotes safety, profitable growth, engagement and inclusion
- Position E2M to capture future Certified Flight growth
- Execute key Customer Back Innovation projects

- Strategic Thinking - proven ability to define and execute short- and long-term strategies for complex, global capital equipment business
- Business Acumen – P&L experience, commercial experience selling and delivering complex technical solutions, experience managing risk
- Strong Talent Leader – proven ability to develop and build strong teams, including developing strong talent leaders across the business.
Qualifications
Key experiences required:
- Demonstrated experience leveraging 80/20 FTB to define and execute strategic plans.
- Demonstrated success building strong followership in a post-acquisition environment, and effectively driving a cultural change at all levels in the organization.
- Knowledge and curiosity of technical products.
