Job Description

This position is a paid internship for the Summer of 2024. The internship will be based in our Solon, OH manufacturing and distribution facility.The intern will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager. 

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Input Operational Data Sheet for all lines helping to collect data for 2025 Capital
  • Assist in developing and implementing a model cell example (Summer Project)
  • Develop Monthly E-stop safety audit (Summer project)
  • Changeover data collection
  • Process development and implementation
  • Line clearance study
  • Plant wide cleanup and organization
  • Additional duties as needed 

Qualifications

  • Business or Engineering Undergraduate Student (3rd or 4th year) 
  • Leadership skills
  • Data Oriented with a focus in excel
  • Minitab experience preferred
  • Project Management
  • Strong Communicator
