Job Description

We are looking to hire Windows Systems Administrators to remotely manage and maintain Windows systems and servers networks.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for installing or upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, managing/troubleshooting windows clients and servers, and maintaining the operations of the network and applications.
For this role, you should have 2 to 3 years knowledge of Windows server and client operating systems (setup, deployment, maintenance, and the ability to solve complex IT issues).
Responsibilities:
• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
• Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.
• Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
• Providing technical support for end users and and back-end systems.
• Troubleshooting system and server errors.
• Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
• Monitoring and updating the Windows environment.
• Managing user access.
• Monitoring system performance.
• Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting applications .
 

Qualifications

2 to 3 years proven work experience as a Windows Administrator.
Detailed knowledge of Windows OS setup, deployment, and maintenance.
Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good analytical and communication skills.
High proficiency in English language is a must.
