Job Description

  • Market Assessment: Conduct data discovery and analysis to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate competitive positioning. Provide actionable insights to support business growth and strategic planning.
  • Operations Assessment: Analyze income and revenue streams to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for enhancing operational processes.
  • Billing Operations: Assess and analyze billing operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition. Identify discrepancies, improve billing accuracy, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Contract Renewals: Analyze and assess contract renewals, including evaluating terms, pricing, and customer satisfaction. Provide data-driven insights to support contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Data Discovery: Utilize advanced data discovery techniques to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources. Develop predictive models and dashboards to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including finance, sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather data, understand business needs, and provide analytical support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of operational assessments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on operations or market analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with data discovery, data cleansing, and creating predictive models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus.

    • Manage expense budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies for effective cost control.

  • Operational Management:

    • Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing office supplies and equipment, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
    • Drive compliance initiatives, staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, and implementing effective risk management strategies.
    • Manage insurance policies and claims, identifying and mitigating operational risks to protect the company's assets and liabilities.
  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate with project teams to provide operational support and guidance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Conduct comprehensive project budget analysis and tracking, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, serving as a liaison between finance, operations, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Contract Management:

    • Review, negotiate, and approve contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements and mitigating contractual risks.
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation through execution to renewal or termination, maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
