Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at our IT system integrator company in Bay Area, California. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing and maintaining customer records, preparing sales reports and documents, and assisting with the coordination of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Education

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer records in the company's CRM system
  • Prepare sales reports and documents, including proposals, contracts, and quotes
  • Coordinate sales activities, such as scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing travel arrangements
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of sales proposals and bids
  • Monitor and track sales leads and opportunities
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing email and phone inquiries, and organizing and maintaining sales-related documents and files
