Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market share. With a focus on cassava exportation and FMCG, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized Import/Export company.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within an Import/Export company.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets with a verifiable track record.
  • Experience in FMCG sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cassava exportation is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
