Job Description
ITH Trading Partners Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports, manage budgets, and oversee tax and payroll filings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and asset inventory reports.
- Draft executive summaries and fixed asset schedules.
- Manage and optimize the company’s accounting application (ZOHO).
- Vet and upload payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and vet budgets for company projects.
- Handle statutory submissions, including PAYE, pensions, VAT filings, and LSITF contributions.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- ICAN certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ZOHO is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budget preparation, and tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
