Are you fluent in Russian and English? Do you have exceptional organizational skills and a knack for multitasking? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Russian-Speaking Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll provide high-level support to our executives while utilizing your language proficiency to facilitate communication with Russian-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing assistance as needed.

- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries for executives.

- Translate documents, emails, and other communications between English and Russian with accuracy and professionalism.

- Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
