Responsibilities: 

• Learning Management System administration and development coordination 
• Coordinate system and content development 
• Communicate technical limitations and requirements to instructional design teams 
• Communicate instructional design requirements and goals to technical consultants 
• Support and contribute to system and content design 
• Collaborate with technology staff 
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop business technology plan, including network security/technology policies, and establish hardware/ software roadmap 

• Bachelor’s degree required r any in a related field 
• 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience as an IT professional 
• Significant experience in online learning and digital course development 
• OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience which demonstrate comparable knowledge, skills and abilities from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved

• Learning management system administration and coordination, e.g., Moodle SCORM/AICC or any eLearning Platform Multimedia development and formats Familiarity or Working knowledge of web technologies and development 
• PHP/MySQL 
• HTML/CSS
