As the Team Lead of the Foreclosure Department, you will support the department’s daily operations, assist in managing staff, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Assist the Foreclosure Manager in overseeing department operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate and manage the foreclosure process, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, vendors, and government clients.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations related to foreclosure.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on department performance and trends.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Handle escalated issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all foreclosure cases.

• Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the foreclosure, title, mortgage, or real estate industry.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
