The vendor shall identify an Assistance Project Manager for MCIPAC. An assistant project manager's job is to assist the project manager with making sure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.  Assistant project managers perform administrative duties, such as organizing and maintaining the project documents, updating the digital database, and helping to manage the project’s budget, along with basic duties, such as setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits.  Responds to Installation, Regions, and MCICOM Housing Managers needs and coordinates with building managers staff to resolve problems.

The Minimum Qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a related field/discipline and project management certification.

OR

• Three (3) years of experience in the property management field/discipline.

The below is strongly preferred but not a current requirement:

1. Five (5) years of USMC experience.
