ISN is seeking a Project Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control tasks of the PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) project/program to ensure related obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.

Key responsibilities include: managing multiple sub-tasks, providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates, developing schedules, formulating work, plans, and serving as point of contact for all work related to tasks with OJP, Government CORs, Task Monitors, and/or customer personnel.

Bachelor’s degree is required. 

Experience:

5 years of work experience related to PREA implementation, including overseeing PREA audits and working with DOJ certified PREA auditors, is highly desired. 

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree is required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Master’s/Advanced degree in criminal justice or related field is highly desired but not required.
