We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, organized, detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to join our team.

ISN is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Business Analyst who will assist with the delivery of business solutions for ISN and its customers. In this position, you will play a key role in impacting programs & business for the organization. You will work with a core team of individuals from our operations and application development team. You will also participate in business process improvement, quality assurance, and process oversight. You must have a strong drive, attention to detail, and a collaborative work style.

Specific Duties

• Gather requirements by reviewing resources, processes, and engaging program stakeholders using Microsoft SharePoint/Teams channel/JIRA.
• Develop or utilize standard templates for requirement specifications, workflows, testing, training and reporting.
• Translate business case requirements for programs into well-architected, detailed technical specifications and functional requirement documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure development, enhancements, and projects are prioritized and executed as scheduled.
• Work with the development and technical teams to understand the data architecture and data models as per business requirements.
• Document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.
• Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
• Coordinate and assist with Application Testing & QA activities.
• Provide application demos to prospects and departments as needed.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to assist programs & business.

• Experience working on projects related to mortgage loan servicing lifecycle including loan transfer/setup, investor accounting, escrow accounting, customer service, default management, and/or document custodial processes.
• Experience with Sagent LoanServ, Black Knight LSP/MSP loan servicing system or Tempo systems - Preferred
• Minimum of two years experience in the mortgage servicing industry.
• Skilled in independent analysis and problem-solving using policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Work authorization (Required)
• Able to obtain US Security Clearance (Required)
• Active US Security Clearance (Preferred)
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated skills in planning and prioritizing tasks and assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience working in a Team environment. Strong MS Office skills.
