Alternate Contract Manager to assist running a large government contract providing mortgage loan servicing to the federal government. This position is located in our Oklahoma City, OK offices. Must have prior experience running a large contract or program as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Assist running a large mortgage servicing program and provide back-up to the Contract Manager.

·         Providing project management, strategic planning, budget compliance and effective risk management to identify opportunities to reduce costs.

·         Proven track record of guiding staff in providing exceptional customer service.

·         Providing oversight and guidance of activities related to staffing, budget development, program coordination, training and compliance, quality management, and other related work in a mortgage servicing environment.

 Mortgage Servicing Experience. Reverse Mortgage experience preferred.

·         Relevant Project Management Experience.

·         Staffing Experience.

·         Experience Developing Budgets.

·         Program Coordination Experience.

·         Strategic Planning Experience.

·         Experience ensuring Quality Management.

·         All relevant experience must be from within the last three years to qualify.

·         This position requires completion of a National Security Clearance Pre-Screen Questionnaire to obtain a Government Security Clearance and U.S. Government approval to work on the contract.
