• Provide Tier 2 support to ISN employees, as well as to contract employees for ISN programs.
• Provide Tier 1 support as necessary to back up the IT Assistant.
• Develop, test, and implement new business processes.
• Assist the IT Director with new technology projects as assigned.
• Perform period maintenance on all end user equipment (cleaning, updating, etc.).
• Maintain and support the JIRA helpdesk site, receiving and assigning tickets as necessary.

• 3 to 5 years experience as a system administrator.
• MCSE; CompTIA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of programming desired.
