The Director of New Programs will be responsible for new programs to ensure successful delivery of business solution(s). Provides program management leadership to include internal/external communications, resolution of complex issues, management of hundreds of program resources. Responsible for program growth, solution strategy, and P&L. Responsible for developing budgets, staffing plans, and resource planning. Seeking a leader that can provide strategic thought leadership for customers and company.

• At least 7+ years of government contracting management experience
• Program Manager experience of multiple $50M-$100M contracts.
• Compliance program related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP preferred
• Must be able to travel 10-20%
