International Smart Card (ISC) is the leading provider of electronic financial transaction services in Iraq. Its
private-label, closed-loop, payment card scheme is called Qi (pronounced “key”). Qi card is used for
disbursement of pensions, salaries, and grants, as well as purchases and payment of bills and fees. Today,
ISC issues Qi cards and acquires transactions, on behalf of fourteen banks in Iraq, including Rafidain and
Rasheed, the two largest government banks. To date, ISC issued around 7 million Qi Cards and has a network
of 10,000 Point of Service terminals, equipped with biometric readers, operated by around 4,500 cash-out
agents spread throughout Iraq. ISC also operates around 125 Enrollment Centers with 450 stations that are
mostly set up inside Rafidain Bank and Rasheed bank branches throughout Iraq. Where these two banks have
no presence, ISC set up privately operated Enrollment Centers, as in the case of the territories administered by
the Kurdish Regional Government. ISC is the leading electronic financial services company in Iraq. It offers
management of financial accounts that are created and maintained as electronic virtual accounts on ISC’s
financial account management system, while the actual funds are deposited and maintained with any one of
the banks affiliated with ISC.
Job Description
work with social media manager to develop & implement the company’s overall social media strategies and tactics as well as annual event specific plans.
Engage online and social media audiences on a daily basis and help maintain relationships with key influences.
Assist with internal efforts around social media, ie: working with internal partners and audiences across organizational business lines.
Qualifications
• developing and implementing social media plans and specific tactics across all channels of social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
• Monitor and track all social media initiatives and tactics implemented by organization and develop reports on those findings.
• Execute company’s day-to-day social media activities, including posting to and updating its social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key youtubers, twitter users and other social media influencers. Keep updated/current lists of those influencers across multiple categories.
• Track social media program results and report on those findings, as well as assist in active “listening” to the social media community, regularly reporting on those findings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
