As the marketing team's Artistic Director and Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for promoting ISAAC's brand to support the execution of the marketing plan and the company's growth. You will serve as a collaborative thought partner on strategy, planning, and execution. With leadership abilities and a passion for graphics, you enjoy developing an impactful brand image, are a UI / UX buff, and see video design as a staple in today's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Artistic Director

  • Brainstorm, create and develop original designs to be used as part of our organic and lead gen marketing campaigns
  • Execute professional and thoughtful print and web assets that push the boundaries of ISAAC's creative image
  • Act as a collaborator in special projects such as the execution of brand guidelines, advertising strategy, or social channel development
  • Develop high-impact ideas for lead generation campaigns
  • Oversee all assigned design projects, from conception to delivery, critiquing and innovating throughout
  • Work cross functionally with the Sales, Product, CX, HR and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with the brand
  • Establish lines of communication with fellow marketers to facilitate task assignment
  • Set up brainstorm sessions with marketers to innovate on existing creative strategy
  • Staying professionally up-to-date on current design trends using inspiration and moodboards such as Dribbble, Pinterest, Behance, etc.
  • Thoroughly research the competition on every creative project, keeping awareness of how ISAAC operated within the market
  • Accept mentorship and critique from colleagues and managers
  • Maintain clean and transferable source files and deliverables
  • Maintain clean versioning structures to support changes and critique, with the goal of rarely surpassing a 2nd round of edits
  • Organize, archive and keep all job files up-to-date

Senior Graphic Designer

  • Create, update and enforce ISAAC’s style guide
  • Provide artistic direction for all marketing projects
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with standards for all graphic and video material
  • See to the development, optimization and implementation of graphics and video processes
  • Develop modern creative concepts that captivate and engage our clients (B2B)
  • Participate in the ideation of campaigns and provide expertise to internal departments
  • Design mock-ups, storyboards or sketches to lead the team in the early stages of creation
  • Work with the Product and Development teams to standardize the user interface of ISAAC’s solution
  • Develop and manage key partnerships with external suppliers for the provision of graphics, design and video services as required

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and a minimum of 10 years in graphic design (B2B experience is an asset)
  • Training in visual arts, graphic design and video is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of UI / UX and branding
  • Video caption, production and editing skills (for client testimonials)
  • Animation and motion design skills
  • Photography skills
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, both orally and in writing
  • Proven leadership and knowledge sharing qualities
