Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot installation and material configuration issues
  • Monitor and ensure installation compliance for customers and partners
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Installation Service Center processes
  • Assist with customer/partner invoice tracking
  • Confirm installation quality and follow up with customers
  • Leverage installation experience to contribute to continuous improvement efforts (hardware R&D)
  • Provide assistance and training to the technical support team
  • Provide assistance to authorized installation partners
  • Prepare installation specifications

Qualifications

  • DEP in electro-mechanics or electronics, or experience as an electronics/installation technician
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Spoken and written English and French
  • Valid passport and driver’s license.

Assets

  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, communication systems, and sensors
  • Knowledge of telemetry and telematics systems
  • Experience in the high tech, transportation, automotive electronic systems, electronics, or telemetry industry
